The Savvy Business Lab

Learn to Use AI, In Person

Six hands-on classes for business owners who want to actually learn this, not just read about it.

Two to three hours in a small classroom in Oldsmar, your laptop open on the table. Jo-Anne teaches a step, you practice it on your own business, and she helps at your seat when you get stuck. You leave knowing how to do it again on your own.

Beginner-friendly with required pre-work | Session 1: 1:00 to 3:00 PM; Sessions 2-6: 1:00 to 4:00 PM | Let'sCo! Oldsmar

August and September class dates are confirmed. The October dates will be announced after Jo-Anne's corporate training schedule is finalized.

  • Live, hands-on instruction
  • Learn on your own business work
  • Small in-person class, laptop open
  • Leave knowing how to do it again

What to expect

A Real Class, Not a Watch-Me Webinar

  1. Step 1

    Before class

Complete the short readiness module, test your logins, and gather the files you will work on.

  2. Step 2

    In the room

Jo‑Anne teaches a step, you do it on your own work, and she helps at your table when you get stuck.

  3. Step 3

    After class

Take your finished work and the class materials home, practice the steps once more, and build on what you learned.

You may attend without completing the pre-work, but we cannot guarantee you will finish the work during class time.

Prerequisites

What You Need Before Class

  • A charged laptop and power cord. A phone or tablet alone is not enough.
  • An updated Chrome or Edge browser.
  • A Google account and working access to Google Drive.
  • The accounts listed for the class you are attending.
  • Every required login tested on the laptop you are bringing.
  • The required files gathered and organized.
  • Practice or fictional information instead of sensitive customer data.
  • A phone or second device when possible, so instructions can stay open while you work on the laptop.
  • The required pre-work submitted at least 48 hours before class.
